Dubbing Services Project Coordinator

About the Role

Hourly Rate: $24–$29/hr. Monday–Friday day shift, onsite at Burbank office.

Pixelogic Media Partners, LLC helps studios, broadcasters, and digital retailers localize and distribute feature and episodic titles to global audiences via scripting, subtitling, access services, dubbing, and technical mastering in 50+ languages.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information and assets for teams
• Liaise with internal client teams to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
• Assign tasks to internal resources and assist with schedule management
• Monitor project progress and handle issues that arise
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
• Escalate potential issues with schedule or specs immediately to Project Manager(s)
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
• Data entry into internal and client-owned systems

Qualifications

• Solid organizational skills including multitasking and time management
• Experience in Microsoft Office and other database systems
• Recent college graduate or equivalent experience
• Interest in Film & TV Digital Distribution a plus
• Interest in Localization (Dubbing, Subtitling) preferred
• Customer service experience a plus
• Able to work independently and with a team
