About the Role
The Customer Support Representative (CSR) provides support to production and/or studio companies using Cast & Crew's products and services. This is a hybrid role based in the Burbank area.
What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound customer support inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot issues with payroll, accounting, and production software
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client needs
Pay
$20–$22/hr. Full-time. Hybrid schedule.
