About the role

Temporary contract position. The Product Implementation Specialist implements and configures Cast & Crew products for customers — setting up workflows, approval levels, form mappings, and account codes. You'll work closely with Customer Success Managers, Product Solutionists, and Payroll teams to onboard new clients.

What you'll do

• Configure products and perform UAT for customer-specific setups
• Provide remote implementation support during go-live stages
• Conduct end user training
• Research and resolve end-user issues during implementation
• Document customer requirements and enhancement requests
• Serve as liaison between departments on technical issues

Requirements

• 1+ years in client service/support or project management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Entertainment/media payroll experience a plus
