Position Overview

The Contributions Coordinator reconciles, balances, and reports Pension, Health & Welfare, and other benefits to unions and guilds, and researches and resolves inquiries pertaining to various unions and guilds. The coordinator must have a basic understanding of accounting principles, a high level of attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile, balance, and report contributions to unions and guilds (Pension, Health & Welfare, and other benefits).
• Research and resolve inquiries from unions, guilds, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of contributions and benefit reporting.
• Apply accounting principles to ensure data accuracy.
• Communicate with union and guild representatives on contribution-related matters.

Requirements

• Understanding of accounting principles.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with unions/guilds or entertainment payroll is a plus.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet applications and data reconciliation.

Pay: $22–$27/hr.
