Customer Service Representative

About the Role

Glass America is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily shop operations by assisting customers, scheduling appointments, coordinating with Auto Glass Technicians, and maintaining accurate customer and sales records.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions and inquiries in person and over the phone
• Schedule customer appointments with a sense of urgency
• Maintain communication with Auto Glass Technicians in the field
• Provide quotes on installation and repair services
• Complete work orders and keep customer records up to date
• Help the team meet shop production goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment

Requirements

• 1–3 years retail, auto service, call center, or customer-facing experience
• Experience using CRM systems and dashboards
• Strong communication and listening skills
• English and Spanish speaking preferred
• High school diploma or GED
