Auto Glass Trainee

• Pay: $18–$24/hr

About the Role

No experience required! We offer a comprehensive training program, a personal mentor, and all the tools you need to become a certified auto glass technician. After the intensive four-month training program, you can work independently as an Auto Glass Installer.

Responsibilities

• Learn to professionally install auto glass per the AGRSS Standard
• Focus on personal safety and outstanding customer service
• Work with a personal trainer and mentor throughout the program

Qualifications

• Mechanical ability and aptitude
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
• Must pass background check/MVR and drug screening
