Auto Glass Technician

• Pay: $21–$30/hr depending on experience

About the Role

Auto Glass Technicians for Glass America replace broken or pitted windshields and window glass in motor vehicles, working in-shop or on a mobile basis.

Responsibilities

• Install auto glass products in-shop or on a mobile basis
• Use proper tools and techniques for efficient, quality installation
• Complete required paperwork and documentation
• Maintain a safe driving record
• Perform auto glass repairs as needed
• Maintain high levels of quality control and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 4–6 years of related work experience required
• Valid driver's license; must be at least 18
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs
• Mechanical aptitude with hand and power tools
