About the role
The Walt Disney Studios Content Security organization secures and protects all creative content throughout the production lifecycle. This technical program manager partners with assessment and engineering teams on secure design and integration across cloud platforms, application tools, and AI technologies. Based in Glendale, CA — in-office Monday–Thursday, remote on Fridays. Reports into Studio Technology under the Studio's CTO.
What you'll do
- Develop and coordinate security programs balancing stakeholder needs and team capacity
- Guide partners through secure design, architectural reviews, and technical assessments
- Build relationships across Content Security, Studio Technology, and business stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement — identify bottlenecks and automate common workflows
- Maintain dashboards with KPIs to monitor program effectiveness and present to leadership
- Track trends in AI, cloud security, and content pipeline tooling
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in technical program management
- Technical knowledge of cybersecurity and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Proven success leading cross-functional programs with engineering teams
