About the Role

What You'll Do
- Answer 911 and non-emergency calls; dispatch police units and equipment
- Maintain continuous contact with field units and unit status records
- Operate the 911 telephone system, CAD, and computer terminal
- Prepare reports and maintain communications center logs
Requirements
- High school graduation or equivalent
- Ability to work rotating shifts and think clearly in emergencies
- Skill with modern computers/software and independent judgment
Pay & Benefits
POST pay available: Intermediate 3%, Advanced 4%, Supervisory 5% (up to 5% total).
