Clinical Coordinator - Charge Registered Nurse (Dialysis)

About the Role

As Charge Nurse, manages daily decisions to ensure continuity of care and maintain patient and staff safety, overseeing the delivery of safe, effective, quality dialysis outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Provide day-to-day guidance, support, and direction to direct patient care staff
• Ensure compliance with company and facility policies and state/federal regulations
• Assess daily patient care needs and develop and distribute patient care assignments
• Assume primary responsibility in emergency situations
• Administer medications to patients per physician's orders
• Train and orient staff, and act as subject matter expert and resource for the team

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• Dialysis/charge nurse experience
• Completion of Nurse's Technical Training Program/Water Quality Facility
