About the Role

Full-time Clinic Clerk II (Floater) at Northeast Valley Health Corporation. Provide patient-facing administrative support across multiple community health center locations in the San Fernando Valley.

What You'll Do

• Register patients, verify insurance, and manage appointment scheduling
• Collect co-pays and process patient billing information
• Float between clinic locations as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and support front-desk operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical office or customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation for floating between sites
