What You'll Do

• Coordinate consumer relations and patient engagement for grant-funded programs
• Conduct outreach to underserved community members

Requirements

• Experience in community health, outreach, or patient advocacy
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
• Grant or program coordination experience a plus
