Behavior Technician

About the Role

Cortica is looking for compassionate Behavior Technicians to deliver life-changing ABA care for children with neurodevelopmental differences, using a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming model.

What You'll Do

• Provide 1:1 and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences
• Implement positive behavior strategies developed with your BCBA
• Document session data to track and support treatment goals
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to build supportive environments
• Follow Cortica's crisis protocols, including de-escalation and mandated reporting

Requirements

• Experience working with children (autism experience a plus)
• HS diploma or equivalent, bachelor's or master's degree
• Willingness to obtain BCAT credential within 90 days (training provided)
• Reliable transportation to travel between client sites (30–40 min radius)

Pay & Schedule

$21.73–$29.15/hr. Part-time, on-site.
