About the Role
NBCUniversal is seeking an Associate Project Manager – Mastering to support the StudioPost Picture post-production Operations team, coordinating mastering projects and ensuring smooth execution, accurate scheduling, and strong client service.
What You'll Do
- Support Project Managers in coordinating and executing mastering and restoration projects
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, operations teams, and internal stakeholders
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
- Participate in meetings and take detailed notes
- Monitor daily project activity and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Assist in scheduling coordination across shifts (day, swing/night, weekends)
- Support issue tracking and escalation; flag potential overages or scope changes
- Ensure accurate documentation, order tracking, and billing support
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in mastering post-production concepts, technologies and workflows
- Bachelor's degree and Xytech/ScheduAll knowledge a plus
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Schedule & Pay
Required on-site, full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite. Salary range: $71,000–$80,000/year, plus company-sponsored benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement).
