Associate Project Manager, Mastering

NBCUniversal is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the StudioPost Picture post-production Operations team in Burbank, CA. You will assist with coordinating Mastering projects, helping ensure smooth execution, accurate scheduling, and strong client service.

What You'll Do

• Support Project Managers in the coordination and execution of mastering and restoration projects
• Assist in maintaining strong relationships with clients, operations teams, and scheduling teams
• Track project progress, support client communication, and keep workflows organized and on schedule
• Maintain project documentation, logs, and schedules
• Support onboarding of new clients and projects
• Assist with routing, deliverables tracking, and quality control coordination

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of project management, production coordination, or post-production operations experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in post-production, media operations, or content delivery
• Familiarity with mastering, restoration, or localization workflows
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, or similar)

Salary Range

$71,000–$80,000/year plus comprehensive benefits.
