Analyst, Global IP Protection

NBCUniversal is seeking an Analyst, Global IP Protection as part of their Intellectual Property team. The Global IP Protection team protects NBCUniversal's creative content and brands from commercial-scale copyright infringement and counterfeiting. This is a hybrid role based in Universal City, CA, reporting to the Sr. Counsel, Global IP Protection.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze agreements for enforcement rights information
• Monitor and report on potential infringement activity across content and brand categories
• Support global enforcement operations across multiple business units
• Prepare reports, briefings, and data summaries for legal and business stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel on enforcement actions
• Maintain databases and tracking tools for enforcement activity
• Assist with anti-counterfeiting investigations and online content removal requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, business, communications, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in intellectual property, legal operations, or related analytical role
• Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with copyright, trademark, or anti-piracy operations
• Experience with IP management software or databases
• Interest in or experience with the entertainment industry

Salary Range

$65,000–$85,000/year plus comprehensive benefits.
