Accounting Specialist

About the Role

At Ecolab (Ovivo Electronics USA / Wastech Systems), the Accounting Specialist handles general accounting tasks including bank reconciliation and Concur expense reporting for Wastech Systems & UPW, part of a global team focused on water technology solutions.

What You'll Do

• Perform Capital Order Entry, including documentation and down payment invoices
• Assist purchasing with entering invoices; maintain Job Directories, Vault records, and WIP schedules
• Invoice shipped/completed orders in alignment with shipping documentation and contract terms
• Process and reconcile company credit card transactions
• Review Concur expense reports and perform expense journal entries
• Conduct bank reconciliations and support the monthly close process

Requirements

• Two years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or construction
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Adobe applications
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred; experience with Concur or Syteline a plus

Location & Schedule

Chatsworth, CA. Full-time, hourly, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm.
