About the Role
Manages all aspects of NBCU's Enterprise Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) and related connected information systems — the core technology platform enabling workforce labor scheduling, space management, move management, inventory, and asset management.
What You'll Do
- Serve as primary administrator for the Archibus IWMS, overseeing configuration, functionality, security, and access levels domestically and internationally
- Configure, program, test, validate, and deploy system enhancements
- Design, map, and maintain system fields, workflows, integrations, and business rules
- Ensure data integrity, system stability, and platform performance
- Partner with the hosted solution provider on requirements, upgrades, and customizations
- Lead user access administration
Pay & Schedule
$90,000–$125,000/year. Full-time.
