About the role
The VP of Development & Delivery provides strategic oversight and business direction for destination and design development at Universal Studios Hollywood — major attractions, food & retail, live entertainment venues (including CityWalk), parking structures, and destination-wide landscapes.
What you'll do
- Lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, design, construction, and fabrication for major developments and new attractions
- Provide strategic oversight on master plan design, including roadways, landscaping, hotels, CityWalk, and parking
- Manage procurement and performance of contractors, vendors, and fabricators
- Oversee multi-destination construction to Universal's quality and safety standards
- Partner with HR on hiring and lead development of the Creative Hollywood team
- Maintain project budgets and schedules against targeted objectives
- Partner with Technical Services and Park Operations for smooth handoffs and operational readiness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 15+ years of relevant experience

- $215,000–$280,000/year
