About the Role
Senior AI Software Engineer collaborating across technology and production teams to shape best practices for Platform as a Service and AI infrastructure. This is a fully remote role.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with principal engineers to shape PaaS implementation hosting stateless applications and AI infrastructure
- Influence and contribute to Agentic Engineering and MCP Server Development
- Develop and adopt governance, security, and observability best practices for AI and agentic systems
- Leverage Kubernetes orchestration to automate stateless application deployments
- Help establish standards for secure, reliable, responsible AI agent development
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with AI/ML focus
- Experience with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and distributed systems
- Familiarity with agentic AI systems, LLMs, or MCP architectures a plus
- Collaboration experience with cross-functional engineering and production teams
Pay
$155,000–$190,000/year. Full-time. Remote.
