Universal Banker (Part-Time)

About the Role

Citi is hiring a part-time Universal Banker at one of its San Fernando Valley branches. An entry-level position supporting sales and service activities alongside the customer service team, with a focus on building client loyalty.

Pay: $22.84–$29.80/hr ($47,510–$61,990/year full-time equivalent; prorated for part-time hours) Employment: Part-time | On-site

What You'll Do

• Assist with basic account opening for existing customers
• Provide service delivery to internal and external customers to resolve account issues
• Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures
• Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions; resolve customer complaints promptly
• Support sales/service activities including seminars, micromarketing events, and promotional campaigns

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Previous retail banking or similar experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
