About the Role
Northrop Grumman Advanced Weapons is hiring a Test Inspection Manager in Northridge, CA, responsible for production quality inspection and process compliance. Full-time, on-site; ability to obtain a Secret clearance required.
What You'll Do
- Supervise a team of 8-10 Inspectors, schedules, and daily workflow
- Oversee in-process inspection and final product acceptance
- Train inspectors on ESD, FOD/FOE, and workmanship standards (IPC, J-STD-001, IPC-A-610/WHMA-A-620)
- Support customer, AS9100, and DCMA audits; handle non-conformance
- Collaborate with Mission Assurance, Systems, Hardware, and Test Engineers
Requirements
- Ability to obtain a US Government DoD Secret clearance
- Experience supervising inspection/quality teams in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of mechanical/electronic assembly inspection standards
