What you'll do

• Serve as a leader of the health care team, delegating tasks and demonstrating accountability
• Develop and contribute to individualized care plans reflecting assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Monitor patient progress and revise care plans based on condition and evaluation
• Ensure patient safety around medications, procedures, falls, and infection prevention
• Ensure optimal pain control and patient comfort
• Practice customer service standards and maintain patient confidentiality
• Promptly respond to call lights, alarms, and patient requests
