What You'll Do
- Collect patient history and perform physical exams
- Develop diagnoses and management plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, order pharmacologic interventions
- Facilitate referrals to appropriate health facilities and community resources
- Develop patient education plans and plan follow-up care
- Manage the care of patients with complicated medical or surgical conditions
