About the Role

Citi is hiring a part-time Teller at its Calabasas branch. An entry-level position responsible for day-to-day branch activities and client-facing services, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.

Pay: $20.00–$23.73/hr ($41,600–$49,360/year full-time equivalent; prorated for part-time hours) Employment: Part-time | On-site

What You'll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients, providing a positive first impression through friendly and efficient service
• Perform efficient and accurate banking transactions including managing cash supply and maintaining branch vault cash
• Identify referral opportunities for new products and services based on clients' financial goals
• Educate clients on digital and self-service channels offered by Citi
• Manage client issues and concerns, escalating as needed
• Adhere to bank policies, operational controls, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety of client and bank assets

Requirements

• Previous relevant experience preferred
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience
• Money handling experience
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
