Telemetry Technician - Monitor Tech

About The Role

Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills, CA is seeking a full-time Telemetry Technician / Monitor Tech for the night shift (12-hour shifts).

Responsibilities

• Monitor electrocardiography (ECG) according to established protocols
• Identify and report arrhythmias and abnormal cardiac rhythms to the nursing staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient telemetry data
• Collaborate with RNs and care team to ensure patient safety
• Maintain telemetry equipment and troubleshoot technical issues

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification required
• Experience with cardiac monitoring or completion of a telemetry/EKG technician program preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment

Schedule

Full-time, 12-hour night shifts at Providence Holy Cross Medical Center in Mission Hills.
