About the Role

Join the growing Talent team to help build the recruiting infrastructure behind Machina Labs' next phase of growth. This role combines interview coordination with building the systems, processes, and tools that make recruiting more effective and scalable.

What You'll Do

• Own interview scheduling and candidate logistics for the recruiting team
• Document and improve recruiting processes
• Optimize the ATS and recruiting technology
• Maintain high-quality data and workflows
• Help hiring teams adopt new tools and ways of working

Requirements

Prior experience operating in a fast-paced recruiting environment.
