A senior individual contributor role on a small, collaborative Talent team. Technical hiring is the primary focus, with flexibility across priorities as business needs change.

What You'll Do

• Recruit deeply technical talent in-house
• Run searches from calibration through close
• Partner with engineering leaders to build recruiting infrastructure
• Map difficult talent markets and challenge overbuilt candidate profiles
• Manage a disciplined search process and close candidates with multiple options
