About the Role

The Supervisor of Residuals oversees and leads a residuals team, building strong relationships with clients and unions while focusing on show setups, contract interpretation, reporting, and timely payment of guild obligations (DGA, SAG-AFTRA, WGA, AFM, IATSE, and others).

What You'll Do

• Oversee end-to-end residuals operations: show setups, workloads, forecasting, and process optimization
• Build and implement residual rules for compliance with guild agreements
• Lead and develop the residuals team through coaching and performance management
• Analyze distribution statements and talent/producer agreements
• Partner with Labor Relations on guild and talent negotiation analysis
• Engage directly with clients and unions on union rules and requests
• Manage guild reporting and payments for accuracy and compliance
• Work with Business Systems on system enhancements and UAT

Requirements

• Extensive experience in residuals/guild management with expert knowledge of guild agreements
• 3-5 years of industry experience; bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance a plus
• Strong written/verbal communication, analytical, and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Pay & Benefits

• $80,000-$90,000/yr
