Cast & Crew is launching a new HR Business Partner model, and this role sits at the heart of it. As an HRBP, you'll serve as a strategic partner to the business — connecting people strategy to business performance in ways that are visible, measurable, and lasting. This is not a transactional HR role; you'll partner with leaders to build high-performing teams, work through complex organizational challenges, and help shape a culture where people and the business can do their best work. You'll report to the VP, People Experience.
What You Will Do: - Strategic Partnership: partner with business unit leaders on workforce planning, org design, succession and talent strategy; translate business priorities into actionable people strategies - Talent & Performance: lead quarterly talent reviews and calibration sessions; coach managers on performance management; partner on individual development plans - Culture & Engagement: monitor team health and engagement; partner with leaders on accountability, inclusion and psychological safety; support company-wide engagement surveys (Culture Amp) - Organizational Effectiveness & Change: support restructuring, team design and org changes; lead change management for people-related initiatives; partner on headcount business cases and workforce planning - Employee Relations: handle complex employee relations matters; partner with legal and compliance on sensitive situations; guide managers through difficult conversations and employment decisions - People Analytics & Insights: use data on turnover trends, engagement signals and performance patterns to inform recommendations; leverage Workday and Culture Amp
What You Bring: 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a dedicated HRBP or strategic HR partnership role
