About the Role
Northrop Grumman's Advanced Weapons team in Northridge, CA is hiring a Staff Systems Engineering IPT Lead to direct the AARGM Production program's cross-functional Integrated Product Team. Full-time, on-site; no remote/telework.
What You'll Do
- Lead RCCA investigations, CDRL management, and configuration-management execution
- Support Customer Weekly Meetings and the Change Advisory Board
- Produce and synchronize Systems IPT Monthly EAC reports
- Verify baseline-design integration; review configuration changes in ERBs/CRBs
- Lead Systems Reviews and section IPT Leads on design, verification, and operations support
Requirements
- BS in engineering + 12 years Aerospace/Defense experience (or MS + 10, or PhD + 8)
- Experience as an IPT Lead or CAM on system programs; 3+ years in production
- Demonstrated root-cause-corrective-action (RCCA) experience
