Sr. Project Manager, EPMO

About the Role

Plans, manages, and delivers multiple medium-to-large, complex projects enterprise-wide for Premier America Credit Union, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality while keeping the member experience front and center.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end delivery for 4–5 concurrent projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and sprint management in Jira
• Own change control, resource allocation, vendor coordination, and risk mitigation
• Deliver executive-level status reporting and mentor project teams and managers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; PMP or PMI-ACP certification required; Certified ScrumMaster or equivalent
• 6–8 years of project/program management experience in complex, enterprise-wide initiatives
• Financial services or banking industry experience

Full-time, Chatsworth, CA.

Pay & Benefits

$110,000–$130,000 base salary, plus subsidized medical/dental/vision, FSA/HSA, 401(k) with 6% match, and educational assistance.
