Contact Center Service Specialist

About the Role

Handles member service functions — account management, check ordering, card processing — for Premier America Credit Union's Chatsworth contact center, via phone, chat, and secured messages.

What You'll Do

• Verify member identification and account information; resolve member concerns
• Educate members on and cross-sell the Credit Union's products and services
• Handle inbound chat/chatbot/secured messages and make outbound calls
• Maintain account information security and assist new team members

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of member/customer-facing experience, ideally at a financial institution
• Experience with account management and transaction processing software
• Bilingual Spanish a plus

Schedule

Full-time, on-site at the Chatsworth contact center (19867 Prairie Street).

Pay & Benefits

$23–$28/hour, plus medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with 6% match, and paid time off.
