About the Role
Northrop Grumman is hiring a Sr. Principal Systems Engineer to lead the Guidance/Control Section IPT for the AARGM Production program in Northridge, CA. Full-time, on-site; no remote/telework. Requires a current Secret clearance.
What You'll Do
- Lead systems engineering troubleshooting for RF/sensors, guidance, navigation, and control subsystems
- Develop/update requirements, test plans, and procedures for Production Engineering
- Perform failure trend analysis and data mining; present results to leadership
- Support program reviews (SRR, SFR, PDR, CDR, SVR, TRR)
- Partner with Global Supply Chain on subcontractor components
Requirements
- BS in Engineering + 8 years systems engineering experience (or Master's + 6)
- Experience in a production process/environment
- Current US Government Secret clearance
