What You'll Do

- Potential to transition to a full-time NG role at completion
Eligibility
- At least 180 days on active duty; within 12 months of separation/retirement
- Honorable discharge expected; completed TAPS/TGPS and an ethics brief in the last 12 months
- Unit Commander written authorization to participate

SkillBridge participants continue to receive military compensation and benefits as active-duty service members; not eligible for separate NG compensation.
