About the Role
CrewHQ | US, based at Stage 31 on the Warner Bros. Studios Burbank lot, provides wrap-around workforce development for the entertainment industry — upskilling crews, running trainee programs, and creating industry exposure for emerging talent. This role manages CrewHQ's talent strategy and day-to-day operations, working entirely on-site at WB Studios Burbank.
What You'll Do
- Manage CrewHQ's talent database, strategy, outreach, and alumni engagement
- Run the CrewHQ US "Crewsletter" and quarterly programming across WBTV, HBO, and MPG production teams
- Track event attendance, engagement, and impact, reporting to advisory councils
- Coordinate with Communications, Brand, Marketing, and Studio teams on impact storytelling
- Support partner engagement, budget tracking, and operational improvements

A highly organized relationship-builder who can manage a talent database, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and create an inclusive, high-quality experience for CrewHQ participants and partners.
Schedule
Full-time, on-site at Warner Bros. Studios Burbank; some travel involved.
