About the Role
CrewHQ | US, based at Stage 31 on the Warner Bros. Studios Burbank lot, provides wrap-around workforce development for the entertainment industry. This role manages the design and delivery of CrewHQ's production workforce development strategy — training programs, apprenticeships, and career pathways for crew, department heads, and emerging below-the-line talent — working entirely on-site at WB Studios Burbank.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day execution of the production pathway strategy for crews and stakeholders
- Run production training programs, apprenticeships, job placement initiatives, and career development offerings
- Identify upskilling and cross-training opportunities for WB production teams
- Partner with Production leadership, Labor Relations, unions, and workforce development organizations on skills gaps and training
About You
A program manager with film/TV production knowledge, workforce-development program experience, and a collaborative approach to building pathways for people of all backgrounds.
Schedule
Full-time, on-site at Warner Bros. Studios Burbank; some travel involved.
Pay
$86,800–$161,200/year.
