As a Specialist – Sport & Outdoor, you're a trusted product expert, helping athletes discover the right gear while delivering an engaging, athlete-first experience.
What You'll Do
- Proactively engage athletes to understand their needs and drive sales through recommendations
- Assist with onboarding and training new/existing team members as a subject matter expert
- Serve as the go-to expert in designated process categories
- Uphold merchandising and presentation standards (floor sets, signage, pricing)
- Promote customer participation in loyalty, warranty, and credit card programs
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience; previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred
Pay
Targeted pay range: $20.00–$28.00/hour, based on location, experience, and position.
