About the Role
Software Engineer at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Woodland Hills, CA, developing software for cutting-edge navigation systems. What You'll Do
- Develop, test, and debug software for navigation systems
- Perform software and system integration on state-of-the-art hardware
- Learn and apply Model Based Engineering (MBE) techniques
- Work in an agile and collaborative development environment
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's in STEM + 2 years of software development experience, or Master's in STEM
- Programming in C, C++, or Python
- Working knowledge of MATLAB or Simulink
- Experience with ClearCase, Git, ClearQuest, or Jira
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
- Required to work on site full-time
Preferred Qualifications
- Current/Active Secret clearance
- Familiarity with Polyspace, LDRA, VectorCast, DOORS, DO-178B/C
- Knowledge of Navigation Systems and INS/GPS Kalman filter design
