Shoe Expeditor

About the Role

As a Shoe Expeditor in Macy's Women's Shoe department, you'll quickly locate and deliver requested products to selling colleagues and ensure the department is clean and organized — all while providing exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers, answer questions, and assist in a friendly and professional manner
• Conduct sales transactions including cash register operation, payments, and returns
• Quickly and accurately pull orders from the stockroom and stage them for sales colleagues
• Assist in locating and pulling merchandise for digital customer orders
• Maintain an orderly, visually appealing store by arranging and replenishing displays
• Keep the stock room organized; process new and damaged items, perform shoe inventory
• Maintain accurate pricing and signage throughout the department

What You Bring

• Flexible availability: days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to communicate with diverse groups of customers and peers
• Self-starter; adaptable to changing customer needs
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs., stand for at least two consecutive hours
