Seasonal Retail Sales Support Specialist — Hugo Boss

About the Role

As a Vendor Paid Merchandise Selling Support Colleague, you are the product expert for Hugo Boss in the Sherman Oaks Fashion Square store. Your primary focus is assisting customers with product selection, executing merchandise standards, and maintaining selling floor presentations.

What You'll Do

• Make the customer the top priority
• Leverage product knowledge to increase sales by educating customers
• Assist with maintaining and recovering the selling floor
• Ensure appropriate selling floor presentation; promote events and merchandise
• Keep fitting rooms customer-ready
• Drive and exceed department goals executing Macy's initiatives
• Maintain communication with vendors, Customer Experience Managers, and Merchandise Managers
• Adhere to all safety and security policies

• Strong merchandising skills
• Flexible with scheduling including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
• Able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment
