Shift Supervisor

About the Role

A Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance. When there is no manager or Operations Supervisor onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff and is responsible for completion of all opening and closing procedures.

What You'll Do

• Supervise the store's crew through assigning, directing, and following up on all activities
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays, signage, and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise

Requirements

• Deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts
• Previous retail supervisor experience preferred
