Retail Store Associate

About the Role

Retail Store Associates work in a leading retail setting, both independently and as a member of a team, to positively impact the lives of CVS customers.

What You'll Do

• Provide differentiated customer service, anticipating customer needs and demonstrating compassion and care
• Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• Maintain the sales floor: restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and inventory management
• Support opening and closing store activities
• Provide customer support across departments, including photo and beauty
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Able to remain upright and lift up to 35 lbs occasionally
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
