Shift Supervisor

About the Role

A Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance. When no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite, leads store staff and ensures completion of opening/closing procedures.

What You'll Do

• Supervise, assign, and direct store crew activities
• Assist customers with questions and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays/inventory for promotional/seasonal merchandise

Requirements

• Deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills
• Advanced communication and supervision skills
• Flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, and overtime
• Retail supervisor experience preferred; HS diploma preferred but not required

Pay & Hours

$19.92/hour; anticipated weekly hours: 29 (part-time); benefits include dental, vision, wellness resources, and employee discounts
