About the Role
A Shift Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance. When no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite, leads store staff and ensures completion of opening/closing procedures.
What You'll Do
- Supervise, assign, and direct store crew activities
- Assist customers with questions and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture
- Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays/inventory for promotional/seasonal merchandise
Requirements
- Deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills
- Advanced communication and supervision skills
- Flexible schedule including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, and overtime
- Retail supervisor experience preferred; HS diploma preferred but not required
Pay & Hours
$19.92/hour; anticipated weekly hours: 24 (part-time); benefits include dental, vision, wellness resources, and employee discounts
