Shift Supervisor

About the Role

The Shift Supervisor is a key leader at CVS/pharmacy, supporting store management and taking charge when no manager or Operations Supervisor is on-site. Responsible for opening and closing procedures and leading the store crew.

What You'll Do

Management

• Supervise, assign, and follow up on all store crew activities
• Communicate information between management and crews

Customer Service

• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, thank)
• Handle customer relations issues per company policy

Merchandise/Presentation

• Price and stock shelves
• Execute displays and signage for promotional and seasonal merchandise
• Reset departments following plan-o-grams

Requirements

• Deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills
• Advanced communication and supervisory skills
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends
• Retail supervisory experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Pay & Benefits

$20.47–$29.47/hr · Full-time · 40 hrs/week
