About the Role
The Operations Manager supports the Store Manager in running a CVS/pharmacy store, driving store execution and consumer loyalty through excellent customer service.
What You'll Do
Management
- Lead, supervise, and direct store crew activities
- Communicate information to crew and supervisors in an open and timely manner
- Support the Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement
Customer Service
- Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints
- Promote CVS customer service culture (greet, offer help, thank)
Areas of responsibility: Overall store management and policy implementation · Sales and inventory management · Employee staffing, training, and development · Financial management
Requirements
- Advanced analytical, communication, leadership, and supervisory skills
- Full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Retail management or supervisory experience preferred
Pay & Benefits
$23.47–$37.47/hr · Full-time · 40 hrs/week
