Senior Visual Designer

About the Role

Age of Learning — maker of ABCmouse®, Adventure Academy®, and the My Math Academy® / My Reading Academy® programs — is hiring a Senior Visual Designer on its Marketing Creative team. You'll shape how millions of families experience the brand, focused on user-acquisition creative: paid advertising, creative testing, email campaigns, in-app events, and website landing pages. Reports to the VP of Creative.

What You'll Do

• Concept and design creative across digital, mobile, web, social, email, and app-store experiences for ABCmouse, incorporating 2D/3D character art and branded visual elements
• Build creative for performance-marketing and user-acquisition campaigns that balance storytelling with measurable results
• Design in-app promotions, lifecycle emails, and customer-facing assets that drive engagement, retention, and subscription growth
• Adopt an AI-first creative workflow, using AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, and production
• Partner with Growth Marketing, Product, Brand, Engineering, and Design Research; iterate quickly on insights, testing, and performance data

Requirements

• Exceptional visual craft, strong conceptual thinking, and an eye for character design
• Versatility designing across a wide variety of mediums
• Deep understanding of a brand's visual ecosystem (2D/3D character art, illustration styles, brand assets)
