Accounting Analyst

Responsibilities:

Perform the month-end and year-end accounting close process, including but not limited to preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules

Prepare financial schedules and ensure that it is accurate and maintained in accordance with US GAAP

Assist with preparing financial statements for dissemination to senior management and other third parties as needed

Identify, design, and implement AI-driven improvements and automate key accounting functions

Support procurement process, vendor management, and employee expense reports

Perform various projects such as research, special projects, and analysis as needed

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business or related field

2+ years of relevant accounting experience

Experience using AI agents, such as Claude and ChatGPT

Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in accounting

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central software and Concur is a plus

Deep analytical skills and attention to detail; able to multi-task on multiple projects with varying deadlines

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

The estimated salary range for a new hire in this position is below. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

Total Compensation: $80,000 — $90,000 USD
