About the Role
ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, GTM FP&A to join its finance organization as a dedicated FP&A partner embedded in the business, based in Glendale, CA.
What You'll Do
- Drive the monthly close process, preparing variance commentary and flagging risks/opportunities to leadership
- Manage headcount and expense planning, leading monthly forecasts and the annual operating plan
- Build a deep command of the P&L to shape strategic narratives and high-impact analyses
- Uncover trends and opportunities in unit economics and efficiency drivers
- Serve as a trusted finance partner to GTM leadership
- Leverage AI tools to drive process improvements
Requirements
- 4-year degree with strong academic performance
- 3-5+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or related analytical role, preferably at a high-growth tech company
- Experience in financial modeling and strategic business planning
- Strong FP&A fundamentals: variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, headcount management
